INTUflow APP TERMS OF SERVICE

§1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the INTUflow web application available at app.intuflow.pl (hereinafter: the “Application”).

1.2. The Administrator of the Application is 963 sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (ul. Aleksandra Gryglewskiego 6 lok. 8, 80-303 Gdańsk), entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0001214277, NIP: 5842878792, REGON: 543615988.

1.3. Contact with the Administrator: olimpia@intuflow.pl.

1.4. The terms used in these Terms of Service mean:

• Application – the INTUflow website enabling registration, creation of a user profile and use of development materials.
• User – a natural person who has reached the age of 18, has registered and accepted these Terms of Service.
• Account – the User's profile in the Application created during registration, comprising login data and profile data.

§2. Registration

2.1. Registration in the Application is free of charge and available to natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity.

2.2. In order to create an Account, the User provides: first name, e-mail address, password and, optionally, an intention (a description of a personal goal related to personal development).

2.3. Registration requires acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2.4. The User undertakes to provide true and up-to-date data. Providing false or outdated data may result in restricted access to or deletion of the Account.

2.5. Only one Account may be assigned to a single e-mail address.

§3. Terms of Use

3.1. The User undertakes to use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose and these Terms of Service, to protect their login data against access by third parties, and to notify the Administrator without delay of any suspected unauthorised use of the Account.

3.2. The User may not: share their Account with third parties; create Accounts using other persons' data without their consent; take actions aimed at breaching the security of the Application; use the Application for unlawful activities.

3.3. The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block an Account if the User violates these Terms of Service or the provisions of law.

§4. Scope of the Service

4.1. The INTUflow Application offers Users access to: a personal account with a profile; materials and tools related to personal development, working with intuition and PeakStates methods; the ability to save and track their development intention.

4.1a. Selected features of the Application may use generative artificial intelligence tools, including the Lumi assistant. The rules for using such features may be subject to additional information or a separate consent.

4.2. Access to the Application in its basic (free) version is free of charge.

4.3. The Administrator reserves the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future. Such a change requires an update to these Terms of Service and the User's explicit acceptance.

§5. Liability and Nature of the Service

5.1. The INTUflow Application is developmental and educational in nature. It does not constitute a medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic or professional advisory service.

5.2. The materials and tools available in the Application do not replace professional therapy, medical, psychological or psychiatric consultation, or any other form of professional help.

5.3. The User uses the Application at their own risk.

5.4. The Administrator is not liable for the consequences of decisions made by the User on the basis of the content available in the Application, including suggestions generated by AI tools.

5.5. If the User is experiencing an emotional crisis, suicidal thoughts or serious mental difficulties – we recommend contacting the appropriate health services or a specialist.

5.6. The Administrator makes efforts to ensure that the Application works correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of technical errors. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

§6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials, textual content, graphics, recordings, tools and software available in the INTUflow Application are protected by copyright and constitute the property of the Administrator or its licensors.

6.2. The User may not: copy, distribute, make publicly available or modify materials from the Application without the Administrator's written consent; use the materials for commercial purposes; create derivative works based on them.

6.3. Use of the materials is permitted solely for personal use within an active Account.

§7. Free Account, Payments and Refunds

7.1. The basic (free) version of the Application is available free of charge.

7.2. As the free version is provided without charge, the provisions on withdrawal from the contract and on refunds do not apply.

7.3. In the future, the Administrator may introduce paid subscription plans. The rules for payments, refunds and withdrawal from the contract will then be set out in an update to these Terms of Service.

§8. Protection of Personal Data

8.1. The detailed rules for the processing of personal data within the Application are set out in the INTUflow Application Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.

8.2. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

§9. Amendments to the Terms of Service

9.1. The Administrator may amend these Terms of Service for important reasons, in particular in connection with changes to the functionality of the Application, the provisions of law or the service delivery model.

9.2. Users will be informed of planned changes at least 14 days in advance by means of a notification in the Application or an e-mail message.

9.3. If the User does not accept the changes, they may delete their Account before the date on which the changes take effect.

9.4. Continued use of the Application after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

§10. Account Deletion

10.1. The User may delete their Account at any time using the deletion function available in the Application settings or by writing to: olimpia@intuflow.pl.

10.2. Deletion of the Account results in: permanent deletion of profile data; loss of access to materials and tools; deletion of personal data, subject to data retained for the period of limitation of claims.

10.3. The User may register again in the Application, however previous data and history will not be restored.

§11. Final Provisions

11.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

11.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Application shall be resolved by the common courts having jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of law.

11.3. A User who is a consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims.

11.4. These Terms of Service come into force on 15 kwietnia 2026.
